Prego and away you go. Make no misteak, this Prego is on a roll when it comes to satisfying ones garlic inhibitions!

Preheat a frying pan with the oil to high heat.

Add steak to the hot pan turning every minute for 4 minutes.

For the last minute of cooking add a generous sprinkle on both sides of the steaks (1Tbsp. in total)

Remove steak from the Pan and rest on a plate and cover with foil.

Add the wine to the pan and reduce by two thirds.

Turn the heat to low, slowly add a few pieces of butter and whisk in, continue slowly until all the butter has been incorporated.

Carve the steak into thin slices, return to the pan, coat in the sauce, then fill the crusty rolls with the beef and top with rocket.
